13-17 Years Old


We have no actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under the age of 18. If a person over the age of 13 and under the age of 18 wishes to provide Modavib with personal information, participate in personal advertising from us, or use our services, we will provide an email address link for that person to opt-in. Please send an email to info@modavib.com to opt-in. You can opt-out at any time by following the steps below.


Under 13 years old


We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from children under the age of 13 in the UK or an equivalent age in other jurisdictions (e.g. 16 in the EU) without parental consent. Modavib reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time in its sole discretion and may limit Personal Data Requests to only those rights required under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The easiest way to submit a request is by completing a Personal Data Request form.


Except for requests to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, Modavib will verify the identity of the person before executing any such request. For your request, if you have an account with us, we will ask you to log in to verify your identity. If you are not logged in, we may ask you to provide an email address, order number from a previous order, or other information that we believe will allow us to verify your request. For all requests, Modavib will verify the identity of the individual by matching that individual’s name, email address, and phone number to its existing records. To verify certain requests related to your Personal Information, Modavib may ask you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that the information requestor is the owner of the Personal Information being requested. Therefore, upon receipt of a request for or relating to Personal Information, Modavib will contact the requestor to obtain a signed declaration. If Modavib is unable to verify an individual’s identity based on the information in its existing records, Modavib may request that the individual provide additional information, which will be used solely to verify the identity of the individual seeking to exercise the privacy options outlined herein and for security or fraud prevention purposes. If Modavib is unable to verify the individual’s identity, Modavib will notify the individual.


We will promptly execute your request for personal information upon verification of your identity, subject to any legal restrictions on Modavib's execution of that request.


You may choose to have an authorized agent submit a request for personal information on your behalf. We will honor requests made by your agent in the same manner and will only execute them after we have verified your identity to ensure that the request is truly yours. To use an authorized agent, you must provide the agent with a signed authorization. In addition, you may be required to verify your own identity to Modavib or confirm directly with Modavib that you authorize the agent to submit a request for personal information on their behalf. Modavib may deny the agent's request if the agent does not submit proof that you have authorized them to act on their behalf. However, such a requirement does not apply if a person has provided the authorized agent with a power of attorney under the laws of their state of residence.

The authorized agent should send the request to info@modavib.com and attach a signed authorization from the data subject. We may deny the agent's request if the agent does not submit a signed authorization that proves that it has the data subject's authorization.
