Returns and Exchanges

We want you to enjoy shopping at modavib.com, but if you are not satisfied, you can return new, unworn, full-priced merchandise for a refund within 30 days of receipt. You have 21 days from the date of shipment to receive a full refund. Between 21 days and 30 days, you will receive a merchandise credit on an e-gift card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Return Process


1. Select the item you want to return in "My Order Details" and click the "Request a Return" button. To return any item you have purchased but not worn or worn, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.


2. Obtain an authorization code and return address.


After submitting your return request, you can print the authorization code label from the order page. Carefully package the item using your own shipping materials and attach the label to the outside of the package. Make sure the item is safe in the packaging as it is your responsibility to deliver it to us in the same condition as you received it.


3. Ship to the return address


Please promptly deliver your item to any nearest post office or your local postal staff and update your tracking number,

The return will be processed within 5 days after obtaining the authorization code.


4. Get your money after receiving the returned package.


Once your item has been inspected by the store, you will usually receive a refund within 10-20 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. We will not notify you once the package arrives at our warehouse, so we recommend that you save the tracking number so that you can track the package. This will also help you arrange the refund processing time. If you do not receive an email notification from us within 20 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse, please let us know.


Return Conditions

Final Sale Items: Any style listed as Final Sale is not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange or return. All underwear is considered Final Sale. All merchandise that does not meet our return criteria (listed below) or is returned without prior authorization will be deemed confiscated and will be handled at Modavib's discretion.


We also cannot accept returns on merchandise that shows signs of damage, including stains, pet hair, tears/rips, or odors such as perfume or sweat stains.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective when received:

Customized items, production orders


Return Information

It may take 7-30 days for your return package to arrive at our address.

Please retain your proof of postage and send your return with a tracking number as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.

We will not refund your return without proof of receipt and delivery.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
